Key Federal Legisation Helps Protect Rangelands
Roughly 50% of the land comprising the state of Texas can be classifed as rangeland. Nearly all of this rangeland is privately owned and managed. The purpose of this section is to provide information on the regulations that influence private land management and how stakeholders can effectively engage in the debate concerning these lands and how they are managed.
